How we work

Six stages. No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same structured path. The scope may vary. The discipline doesn't.

01 The stages

The six stages

Six-stage process: Discovery, Assessment, Design, Build, Launch, Support, looping back as the business grows. 01 DISCOVERY 02 ASSESSMENT 03 DESIGN 04 BUILD 05 LAUNCH 06 SUPPORT
  1. 01 · Discovery

    1–2 days

We talk. We listen. We map every tool, every workflow, every manual step in your operation. No assumptions.

  2. 02 · Assessment

    3–5 days

We deliver a written system assessment: what's broken, what should stay, what can be automated, and a prioritized roadmap.

  3. 03 · Design

    1–2 weeks

Architecture diagrams, interface wireframes, integration maps. You see the full system before a single line of code is written.

  4. 04 · Build

    2–12 weeks

Development in structured sprints, with weekly demos. You're never waiting months for a reveal.

  5. 05 · Launch

    1 week

Staged rollout, staff training, go-live support. We don't hand over code and disappear.

  6. 06 · Support

    Ongoing

Retainer or as-needed. Bug fixes, feature additions, system monitoring, and proactive improvements as your business grows.

02 Principles

How we keep it honest.

Written before built

You receive a written assessment and design before development starts, so scope and cost are agreed on paper.

Weekly demos

Working software every week. You see progress continuously and can change direction early.

You own it

Code, data, accounts and documentation belong to you. No lock-in.

Keep what works

We replace only what is broken. If an existing tool does the job, we connect it instead.
